Any deposit paid on the day of dealing the appliance is considered a commitment to purchase and will be deducted from total agreement price of your appliance.

Deposits are non-refundable should you choose your mind.

Transport & Handling

Don’t transport your appliances lying on its back or side, all appliances should always be transported in its intended position, upright and securely fastened with strapping. If you do wish to collect the appliance yourself and do not transport it using a safe secure method your warranty will become void.

Should you wish to transport your appliances yourself, it must be returned to the shop for repair or replacement.

Liability

The warranty covers the appliance only, not any contents or damage to the property.

Whilst every care is taken when delivering our items, should you wish to assist us with the placement of your appliance inside the property, WA Appliances Warehous will not be held liable for any damage caused.

In the event that the appliance is relocate with the warranty period to an alternative address by the purchaser, WA Appliance Warehouse will not be held liable for any damage incurred during the move.

Usage Guidelines

Once your fridge has reached its intended position, you must not turn it on for a minimum period of 2 hours. This to allow time for the gas to settle and to avoid any potential damage to you fridges.

Please check the seals at the point of purchase as seals are not covered under warranty unless performance become affected at the time of purchase.

Warranty

Included with the seal of your appliance, is a 03 months warranty from the purchase date, the warranty is valid only if your appliances is not working the way it was upon purchase.

In event of this situation occurring within the first 03 month of purchase, you reserve the right to have the appliance looked at and repaired at our expense. This can usually be done in your home without the need to bring the appliance back to our workshop. Should this option be unsuccessful, you will be entitled to a replacement to the equivalent value.

In case of Replacement, warranty period will be continued as date of purchase or 30 days form replacement date, whichever is greater.

A full refund (less the cost of delivery if applicable) in the event if we can not accommodate a replacement.

This warranty is valid into the metro area.
