Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Perth metropolitan areas. For locations outside this area, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery Time
- Same-day or next-day delivery is available depending on order time and stock availability
- Delivery times will be confirmed after purchase
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery distance:
- Minimum delivery charge within 10km is $75
- An additional $10 is charged for every extra 5km beyond the initial 10km
Final delivery cost will be confirmed after order placement.

Installation & Removal
- We offer installation services for selected appliances
- Old appliance removal may be available upon request
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or high demand.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos.
